It’s so upsetting when a new episode pops up and one of their ponies look similar to your own fan pony that you’ve had for quite some time. I was planning on making an ask blog with my girlfriend and even had some things sketched, but now I’m scared to because of backlash from fans who may think I copied her.

It frustrates me a little that nearly everyone likes Luna so much better than Celestia. I mean, Luna is fine, but she’s not that developed in the show, and so… Overall, I wish that some people would just give Celestia a chance.

How many background ponies must there be, with no spoken lines? Over two hundred, maybe? But the fans only really care about six, really. Derpy, Bon-Bon, Lyra, the Doctor, Octavia and Vinyl Scratch. What about all those other ponies? Are they not worthy? What makes some ponies more special than others?

Ever since reading “My Little Dashie.” I spent my entire September looking for a box that said “Give Good Home” on the side.

It’s a show for little girls, the ponies are flashing images with voices of humans. They don’t exist, nor do they have personalities. GET OVER IT.

I was watching Arrested Development and I noticed that the song Oscar writes for David Cassidy, “All You Need Is Smiles” sounds an awful lot like “Smile, Smile, Smile.” Usually, I would mark this off as pure coincidence but MLP has alluded to other works in their music. “Super Speedy Cider Squeezy 6000” is based off of “Ya Got Trouble” from The Music Man, “Find A Pet Song” is based off of “Fabulous Places” from Dr. Dolittle, “At the Gala” is based off of “Ever After” from Into the Woods, and “Art of the Dress” is based off of “Putting it Together” from Sunday in the Park with George. 

If you listen to them all, you’ll notice similarities but they’re still quite different from one another, which leads me to believe that Pinkie’s Smile Song is based off of Oscar’s song “All You Need is Smiles.”
